My American Journey, by Colin Powell
Just finished the "Abridged" audio book My American Journey, by Colin Powell. I give it ✪✪✪✪ 4/5 stars. The editing job of the abridged version seemed slightly disjointed. Unfortunately, there is no "Unabridged" audio version available.
Overall the narrative helps you to understand how and why he ascended to four star General in the Army and Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff. Also, insight into why the first Gulf War was much different from Gulf War II and Afghanistan today.
