The Knack: How Street-Smart Entrepreneurs Learn to Handle Whatever Comes Up by Norm Brodsky and Bo Burlingham is a real good book by some smart and down to earth business people. I had the chance to listen to the "Unabridged" audio version and was so pleased that I borrowed the hardcover from the library to scan over some of the book's better highlights. The tone of the writing is plan street talk using business terms that are easy to understand with both meaning and practical application.

I give it ✪✪✪✪✪ 5/5 Stars.
